What the contact form collects
The contact form asks for:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your company or organisation, if you choose to give it;
- the type of enquiry;
- your message.
The form does not ask for a phone number, payment details, or file uploads. Please do not include confidential or sensitive project detail in a first message.
Why we collect it
The information is used only to read your enquiry, reply to it, and discuss possible work. It is not used for marketing, and it is not sold or shared with anyone beyond the providers needed to deliver your message.
How your message reaches us
When you use the contact form:
- a spam-prevention check (Cloudflare Turnstile) confirms the form was submitted by a person;
- your message is delivered by email to [email protected] through an email delivery provider (Resend);
- no copy of your message is stored in a separate form database.
If you email [email protected] directly, your message is handled the same way once it reaches that inbox.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and any engagement that follows. Messages that do not lead to work are deleted once the enquiry is closed. Correspondence tied to an engagement is kept with normal business records and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
